From 10am each day Mark rolls 10 songs in a row every hour, sorts you out with tickets to the hottest gigs, dishes out the latest music, gets you to the best movies and will raid the prize cupboard when necessary to get your free stuff. Look out for the Shuffle hour from midday – you never know what song is next!

Jay & Flynny – Flynny was a DJ, loves dressing in gorilla suits and will be watching the rugby whenever he can. Jay moonlights on MTV, drives a scooter and is a Farm Boy from the Bay. These two take an irreverent look at topical events, situations and everyday life. Jay doesn’t hold it back – and Flynny is just trying to hold it together. Throw in some free stuff and music and you have an entertaining show to get you home.

Matt Ward. He's the youngest of five boys and has the scars to prove it. Matt hosts the ZM20 countdown from 8pm which is the 20 biggest songs in the country, and after 10pm hosts Mixtape where you request the songs you'd want to hear. Lot's of free stuff, interviews with artists and inappropriate comments to keep you entertained!
